Catherine Taylor-Santa, BCBA

Catherine Taylor has worked in the field of developmental disabilities for fourteen years with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis for nine.  She has a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University, is a Certified Teacher of the Handicapped and has been a Board Certified associate Behavior Analyst since 2003 and is currently pursuing her masters in ABA at Caldwell College.  Ms. Taylor has provided large group and small group hands-on trainings for school district personnel in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Currently Ms. Taylor serves as a consultant for several school districts in New Jersey where her responsibilities include overseeing IEP development and program implementation, providing hands on training to staff and families, and training teachers and teacher’s assistants to generate and run Applied Behavior Analysis based programs.  She also conducts functional assessments as needed to execute behavior modification procedures as and develops and trains staff members to maintain behavior protocols. Ms. Taylor currently presents as well as has contributed to several parent and professional workshops that focus on ABA utilizing Skinner’s Analysis of Verbal Behavior that are being presented internationally. She is passionate and dedicated to working with students with developmental disabilities in order to help each of them achieve their highest potential.
