DeAnne D. Salzer, M.S., CCC-SLP., BCaBA

DeAnne D. Salzer M.S., CCC-SLP, BCABA is a New Jersey licensed and ASHA certified speech-language pathologist and a Board Certified Associate Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). With dual professions she develops, implements, and guides ABA programs, which emphasize verbal behavior on a consultation basis in school settings.  She has utilized her expertise in speech pathology and behavior analysis to develop techniques and workshops to facilitate vocalizations and intelligible speech in children with autism and other developmental disabilities. She helped create workshops and manuals used by school districts to train staff, and a workshop series for parents provided by Parents of Autistic Children (POAC).  She consults and presents workshops for school districts in NJ, NY, MA, PA and Ireland.  She also presents workshops for organizations such as NJSHA and the Regional Professional Development Academy.  She has written 7 articles for Your Child Today magazine to educate parents and related professionals on speech and language deficits. She continues to be a columnist for future editions of this magazine.
